Breitenfeld v. School District - What It Means to You and Your Children
Posted 2013.  This is a case in the St. Louis area concerning your child's right to transfer to another school in the area.  There are three documents that will provide you information and forms concerning your rights to transfer your child from an unaccredited school in a district to a credited school in the district in St. Louis County or an adjoining county.  This ruling applies to other school districts in Missouri, as well. The three documents are attached.

Owning a home is a key part of the American dream. Unfortunately, if you have a disability, you may find it harder to afford to buy and retrofit a home to accommodate your needs. That’s because if you are unable to work or if you face significant medical expenses, you might not be able to qualify for a traditional mortgage or provide a 20% down payment. Home ownership for people with disabilities is often important because many rentals lack accessible options. Buying a home may be the best option if you need unique physical accommodations to your living spaces.
