In Missouri, a Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that allows you to appoint someone (an agent) to act on your behalf in financial and/or healthcare matters. Missouri recognizes both general and durable powers of attorney, with the latter remaining in effect even if the principal becomes incapacitated. How to Avoid Losing Your Home in a Mortgage Foreclosure
Missouri your mortgage company does not have to file a lawsuit in court to foreclose. It only has to send you one letter by certified mail notifying you of the date your home will be sold. Then it can foreclose, whether or not you receive the certified mail letter.
The Missouri Bar has published the "Missouri Small Claims Court Handbook" through the Missouri Young Lawyers' Section. The information will be of great assistance if you are planning on representing yourself in a small claims court.

You can print and keep this pamphlet with a pencil and paper and your insurance card in your car.
Stop At The Scene
You cannot drive away from an accident. You must stay until you have
given your name and address to a police officer or the other driver.
Get Help For The Injured
Call 911 or “0” on a telephone or ask someone to call for you. Do not try to move an injured person.
Give Warnings
The Missouri Bar discusses buying a home, buying on credit and tenant rights in their handbook.
