Legal Services of Southern Missouri (LSSM) recently held a ribbon-cutting, building dedication, and open house ceremony at its new headquarters. The new building location is at 3130 S Delaware Ave, Springfield, Missouri.
LSSM is proud to unveil its new facility, which will enhance its capacity to serve individuals and families across 43 counties in southern Missouri. This event is a testament to LSSM’s unwavering commitment to ensuring equal access to justice for all, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
A building that formerly housed Legal Services of Southern Missouri Services for low-income people will continue in that capacity as a purpose-driven, drop-in day center to help people transition out of homelessness.
Using City of Springfield-allocated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, Community Partnership of the Ozarks (CPO) purchased 809 N. Campbell for $1.7 million in July.
