Many persons served by legal aid programs in Missouri may be facing eviction and are unable to get an attorney. Sadly, we do not have the resources to serve all those who seek our help.

Justice in Schools
Last year, 21% of students in Missouri school districts moved at least once during the school year.
WHY IT MATTERS: Students who move have poorer attendance and lower academic achievement than classmates who remain in the same class.
Justice in the Halls: MMLS attorneys are available in the Boone County Courthouse during the Housing Docket to provide legal information and pro se forms to tenants coming to court in eviction cases and can provide legal assistance to eligible individuals who complete an application.
