Missouri Courts
The Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA) handles the overall administrative and technical support services for the courts in Missouri. OSCA’s duties relate to all levels of Missouri’s court system. OSCA has a website that provides information about our court system as well as self-help information and forms on this site. You may go to the OSCA website to find the following information. Also, there are many other subjects available that are important to the public in Missouri.
- Case.net allows you to inquire about case records including docket entries, parties, judgments and charges in public court. Only courts that have implemented the case management software as part of the Missouri Court Automation Program and only cases that have been deemed public under the Missouri Revised Statutes can be accessed through Case.net.
