JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe says he plans to sign a bill that will overturn a law on the books that states a woman can’t get a divorce if she’s pregnant.  The law is decades-old. It allows pregnant women only to file for a divorce — not finalize it. It is one of three bills Kehoe plans to sign into law on Tuesday, April 7.
