Legal Services Corporation Provides Technology Grant to LAWMO

LAWMO

The Legal Services Corporation has awarded a Technology Initiative Grant to the Legal aid of Western Missouri in the amount of $91,124.00.

The funds will be used to develop an artificial intelligence-enabled appointment-scheduling system that will make its application process more organized and convenient. This system allows applicants to set their own appointments and receive automated text reminders using an online scheduling tool. The result is a client-centric system that reaches more applicants and allows LAWMO to deliver services more efficiently.
