Join us on Saturday, November 6, 2021 for a a special celebration of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s 65th Anniversary, featuring national civil rights advocate and speaker, Ben Jealous.

The gala evening includes a cocktail hour, dinner and, keynote address by Ben Jealous.

 Mr. Jealous is a nationally recognized civil rights leader and social impact investor, who served as the youngest President & CEO of the NAACP, 2008-13. Under his leadership, the NAACP increased their base eightfold and addressed major social justice issues including the Trayvon Martin case, Voter ID laws, Marriage Equality and the Affordable Care Act. He currently serves as President of People for the American Way, a progressive advocacy organization created to fight extremism and restore democracy.
