The Legal Services Corporation Awards Technology Grant to Mid-Missouri Legal Services

Mid-Missouri Legal Services Corporation (MMLS) 

Grant: $103,113 

The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) has awarded MMLS $103,113 to implement an automated scheduling system and document-sharing solution to improve its intake process. This includes integrating automatic scheduling into online/phone intake and implementing secure document uploads. The project will increase access to services by removing intake barriers such as delays in the callback system and obtaining applicant documents. Solutions will be designed for accessibility and to protect domestic violence survivors.
